Methodology

One of our consultants will meet with representatives from the company to appraise the requirements for the Off-Site, discuss and agree an action plan.

The action plan for the Off-Site will detail the objective of the Off-Site, how it will run and the material to be covered.

First Creation Consulting can help with the schedule for the duration of the Off-Site, coordinate and facilitate work based activities as well as leisure activities.

Once all the requirements for the Off-Site have been discussed and agreed a proposal will be submitted detailing activities and costs.
