David Howard

David is an experienced Training and Development practitioner with over 25 years of experience working for blue-chip financial firms in the city of London. Before joining First Creation Consulting Ltd David successfully undertook the role of Global Head of Sales and Account Management Education for a major European Investment Bank. This experience coupled with previous sales, trading and management roles ensures a unique breadth and depth of practical knowledge.

These positions have provided David with the opportunity to work with Sales, Trading, Research and Client Service teams on a global basis in the design and implementation of a number of significant change programmes.

Global Experience

David has delivered courses in 22 different locations globally and is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
