Executive 1:1 Coaching

First Creation Consulting offers one to one coaching for the time constrained executive or staff who have been identified as having high potential.

The coaching sessions are very flexible to meet the executives learning needs and time constraints.

Methodology

A First Creation Consulting consultant will meet with the Executive to appraise their requirements, discuss and agree an action plan.

The action plan will detail the number of sessions required and the material to be covered during the Executive Coaching programme.

Provisional dates for each session will be agreed, however should work commitments dictate dates can be moved accordingly.

Once the agreed number of sessions has been completed for the Executive Coaching programme a review will take place to summarise the learning and areas on which the Executive should focus on going forward.
