We regard our unique offering as our extensive understanding and knowledge of the financial services sector coupled with our practical business development experience.

This enables us to design and deliver relevant and meaningful training course that are designed to deliver results. Our lead consultant has over 26 years experience working in the field of financial services and business development

First Creation Consulting – Our Philosophy

Our goal at First Creation is to provide practical development workshops that deliver tangible results for our clients. Whether the workshops are ½ a day or 2 days, the emphasis is on improving the participant's performance by coaching them through simulation exercises.

First Creation consultants strive to work with the participants as individuals, focusing on their specific areas of development. Each participant then leaves having achieved their personal objectives, leading to improved performance for both individual and firm.
